After a distinguished career with Cisco, Microsoft, BellSouth and several start-up efforts Allen joined Simetric in January 2019. Allen has focused on developing and using analytics to support decision-making regarding pricing, licensing, go-to-market product packaging and business execution. He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries and over 20 years in software strategy with roles within Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Finance, and Operations.

Kevin has gained a global reputation for his entrepreneurial prowess and ability to drive sustained change. His hyper-awareness and understanding of global market changes has enabled Kevin to create growth efforts that move quickly to capitalize on emerging opportunities ahead of the competition. Kevin brings senior leadership experience to Simetric from Cisco, Accenture, Salesforce.com on top of his own successes as an entrepreneur.

Kendra has served in multiple executive roles spanning Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, and Finance. After 20 years at Sprint, she held COO and CFO positions at three different Private Equity-backed portfolio companies in a variety of industries. Kendra brings a wealth of experience in helping customers drive business value through the use of technology and analytics.
Sanjay Srivastava
Chief Technical Officer
Sanjay joined Simetric in March 2019 after over two decades in various industries – software, consumer goods, insurance and public accounting. Sanjay architected Microsoft’s first partner & seller incentive systems, receiving several honors for developing ground-breaking technological knowhow in incentives calculation, optimization and management tools. Between Microsoft and Simetric, Sanjay led the creation of a data-driven decision-support-system at Funko (FNKO) – covering a global supply-chain, warehouse management, product pricing, and royalties and was part of a successful IPO.
Robert Bruckner
Director / Co-Founder
After over 40 years of experience in evolving client-facing roles in technology and services with IBM, Computer Associates Global Professional Services, KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint), and several startups, Robert co-founded Simetric. He has worked extensively in telecommunications, including a number of cloud-based platform service offerings, and was appointed by Governor Zell Miller to be a board member of the State of Georgia Information Technology Policy Council.
Steven Jones
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Steven brings 25+ years of leadership, sales, business development, solutions, and management experience; having spent most of his career with KORE Wireless and AT&T in various wireless and IoT sales, business development and senior management roles. Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well several industry certifications and leadership and sales accreditations.
Matt Coleman
Chief Revenue Officer
Matt joins Simetric from Palo Alto, bringing over 20 years of experience in security, networking, and systems integration to his role as Chief Revenue Officer. After scaling several software startups, one achieving an IPO and two others acquired, Matt was brought into Cisco Systems via an acquisition. Over nearly a decade, he led global sales initiatives, helping some of the world’s largest enterprises drive innovation in networking and security. He later served as EVP of Global Sales for a leading systems integrator, where he helped Fortune 500 companies transform their operations. At Simetric, Matt leverages his expertise to lead the charge in Distributed Networking, enabling enterprises and our partners to unify IoT and edge environments with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).
Ross Brown
Ross is an experienced and innovative GTM leader with over 25 years of experience in executive roles. He has been at the center of key industry changes, such as transitioning VMware from its historic focus to building the partner demand generation engine for new products in the networking and storage spaces. At Microsoft, he developed the first partner cloud sales models. While at Citrix, he was hired by the CEO to turn around the company’s GTM strategy from the ground up, creating the industry innovation of Deal Registration. Ross currently serves as the CEO of Oberon.
Alex Tellez
Alex is Founder and CEO at Ocean Azul Partners. He is an investor who has supported over 20 startups worldwide ranging from telecom to biotech to fintech to cyber security. In addition to being an investor, he was founder and CEO of Miami-based CellIT Technologies, which he grew to over 150 employees before successfully selling in 2002 to form Aspect Software. He was also founder and President and Netralogistics, a South Florida logistics company which he sold in March 2017 prior to joining Ocean Azul.
